Paragon Financial Resources’ leadership team includes the following:

Joseph A. Morabito, CEO

Joseph Morabito is President and Chief Executive Officer of Paragon Financial Resources, focused on business process outsourcing of accounting, supply chain and marketing services. Recognized as an industry leader, Mr. Morabito has more than 45 years of real estate and relocation industry experience including outsourcing of various functions. In addition to founding Paragon Global Resources, the holding company that owns Paragon Home Resources, and Paragon Real Estate Resources, Mr. Morabito founded Paragon Financial Resources. Joseph Morabito held senior management positions with Premier Relocation Services a Weyerhaeuser company and Merrill Lynch Relocation Management. Mr. Morabito holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science with a minor in foreign languages; a Master’s degree in Education Administration, with emphasis in personnel management, along with earning both Secondary Teaching and Education Administrative Credentials, all from California State University. Joseph Morabito has also completed all the course work for the Real Estate Broker’s Exam in California. Marie Westin, Vice President, Accounting & Finance

As Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Paragon Financial Resources, Marie Westin is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions, including onboarding new clients, accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance, investor relations, tax and risk management as well as financial analysis and corporate compliance. She also will play a significant role in the company’s strategic leadership and process management. Her career spans more than 30 years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership, corporate strategy, and system accounting/operational implementation from start up to multi-million-dollar companies. Prior to joining Paragon Financial Resources, Ms. Westin served as a CFO and controller for various corporations, spanning IT services, manufacturing, distribution, and construction companies. Because of her varied background, Marie has also been extremely successful in implementing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software in multitudes of companies. Outside of her duties at Paragon, Ms. Westin has served and volunteered in various non-profit organization, typically recruited due to her flexible background. Brian Morabito, Vice President Business Management, Information Technology & Contract Administration

Brian Morabito is Vice President Business Management, Information Technology & Contract Administration at Paragon Global Resources. Mr. Morabito has more than 20 years’ experience working in Marketing, Operations, Business Alliances and Supply Chain Management. Mr. Morabito has a BA in Applied Liberal Arts from Concordia University with an emphasis in Business Administration. Jennifer Collins, Vice President Marketing and Communications

Jennifer Collins is Vice President of Marketing and Communications. Ms. Collins is exceptionally versatile and skilled in marketing team leadership, lead generation through use of digital marketing tools, project management, vendor evaluation, customer service experiences, creative content development, event planning, proposal writing, e-mail marketing and data analysis.
